AYDIN. From a financial point of view, Turkish dried fig exporters are satisfied with the export results so far this season. However, the export volume is already behind last year's result.

Although the yields of Turkish dried fig production in 2024 did not knock anyone's socks off, favourable weather conditions initially ensured that the quality was significantly better than in previous years. Above all, this should have resulted in more export-quality produce being available.
