Good quality provides surprising export potential

Even if weekly exports cannot quite reach last year's level, the Turkish dried fig market is satisfied with demand from the domestic and overseas market. Prices are at a significantly higher level than this time last year. High production costs and the drought during the summer months resulted in around 20% lower yields in 2024.
