Fierce competition for wheat

Wheat is recovering slightly after the euro fell and exports from Russia and Ukraine are still delayed due to ice and snow. Ships in Russian ports are currently experiencing loading delays of 7-15 days, prompting buyers to switch to other alternatives in Argentina, Romania and Bulgaria and France. Russia exported 2.7 million mt in January, almost as much as last year.
