Unrealistic price expectations?

Currently, the farmers are holding back their goods in the hope of achieving price increases which came as a surprise for the producers. Most market players had not expected this. Initially, the farmers were satisfied with the raw material prices of TRY 22/kg offered by the TMO, but now voices are being raised demanding TRY 25-30/kg.
