According to market players, the comprehensive lockdown in Turkey, which will last until 17 May, will ensure that farmers do not deliver any commodities for the time being, which should at least stabilise prices. After the downward trend of the past weeks, the hazelnut market was busier again and spot offers for natural kernels are partly cheaper than the indications for the new crop.
