BEIJING. Lack of demand is putting pressure on the Chinese pumpkin seed market, as traders rely on sales. Therefore, there are price corrections. So far, however, the hoped-for effect has failed to take place.

The Chinese pumpkin seed market is coming under pressure due to the lack of demand. Farmgate prices have stabilised at a level of CNY 18-18.2/kg and there are sufficient goods available.
