MANISA. High prices mean that the export value of Turkish sultanas is also looking good this season. The fact that the export volume is nevertheless declining could quickly fade into the background.

Winter makes a brief appearance

Winter has arrived in Manisa in the last few days, with temperatures plummeting by a whopping 10°C. During the day, temperatures are currently around 7-10°C and the first snowfalls have already occurred in the mountain regions. However, this change in the weather is only expected to be temporary, with temperatures expected to rise again to up to 19°C by the end of this week, accompanied by occasional rain showers.
