SOFIA. Prices have turned out to be the main challenge this season. However, competitive prices are what drive exports high.

BULGARIA. Although this year’s aggregate output estimates came to 459,002 mt, a decrease of 7% from last year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, on the background of much higher quality characteristics of the crop, local prices have fallen a victim to regional market forces.
